That\u2019s why we\u2019re proud to share that our teams have been recognized with multiple safety awards from both the Fabricators and Manufacturers Association (FMA) and the Minnesota Safety Council.<\/span><\/p>\n

These awards aren\u2019t just plaques on the wall. They reflect the real work our teams do every day to look out for each other and operate with care, precision, and responsibility.<\/span><\/p>\n

FMA Safety Award of Honor<\/b><\/h3>\n

BTD was once again recognized by the Fabricators and Manufacturers Association (FMA) for exceptional safety performance across multiple facilities. The Award of Honor is presented to companies with a perfect safety record\u2014zero recordable injuries or illnesses during the reporting period\u2014while the Award of Merit recognizes companies with a recordable rate at least 10% better than the industry average, based on Bureau of Labor Statistics data.<\/p>\n

This year\u2019s recognition continues a long-standing tradition of safety excellence at BTD. In fact, our sites have received FMA safety awards for more than 10 consecutive years, underscoring our ongoing commitment to building a strong safety culture that protects our people and supports operational excellence.<\/p>\n
