Jeff Woods has been with BTD for more than 25 years and during his time here, he\u2019s done more than produce great products; he\u2019s helped others sharpen their craft and follow their passions.<\/span><\/p>\n

Jeff is a process trainer who enjoys mentoring others. In fact, it\u2019s one of the reasons he likes working the off-shift from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. In addition to being more laid back, the time slot allows him to spend more one-on-one time helping colleagues further their skills. BTD\u2019s enrichment opportunities have allowed Jeff to grow his expertise as well. He\u2019s participated in many ongoing courses that have given him the tools to sharpen his leadership abilities.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

For Jeff, it’s more than finding pride in the work itself that drives him, it\u2019s also feeling cared for and appreciated by others in the company.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI met BTD president Paul Gintner<\/a> once and mentioned my sons were in the service. The next time we met, he remembered their names and asked how they were doing after deployment.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Since then, Jeff has said he has no plans on leaving the company.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
